1. Overview
Shippy (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") strives to provide a customer-centric experience and offers a liberal cancellation policy.
This policy governs the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for maritime training course bookings made through the Company's platform.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of bookings will only be considered if the request is made promptly, immediately after the order has been placed.
However, cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the relevant vendors or merchants,
and they have initiated the booking process or any other related procedures.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The Company does not accept cancellations or refund requests for any of its services.
If required, candidate may contact the respective institute directly and discuss possibility of a refund, if any basis the policy of the institute.
